After so many years leaving university, I never expected that I will have a chance to wear my graduation robe and hat anymore.

Today at AIA, I wear my graduation robe again as I had completed my Certified Financial Coach Practitioner certificate (CFP Module 1 and 2).

A client asked me just, do you have to help client with claims? Of course! We ought to service our clients and help with their claims. I have 5 claims to share here. All different types of claims

1) Accident Flex PA Claim
My elderly Flex PA client fell down, admitted to GH, paid RM64.50, but claim released RM514.50 including RM150 per day admission allowance. The family is so happy!

2) 2 Years Clause Pay and Claim
This is a referral case from existing client. She reached out for her claim and I had assisted with the investigation of pre existing illness and the claim is all approved RM3722.98. Even she is not my client, I do help such client 😊. For investigation case, it's hassle to get many medical reports from clinics and hospital, but it's so worth it!

3) Toddler Minor Accident Claim for Medical Card
A toddler client fell down and couldnt walk after thata. Did Xray and some treatment, and the claim from outpatient accident under medical card is approved RM560.50!

4) Outpatient Dengue Claim for Medical Card
Our Medical Card covers for Outpatient Dengue and this client had went through some tests and follow-up as outpatient and the claim is fully covered RM510.50

5) Health Screening Health Wallet Claim
AIA medical card rewards client RM300 yearly medical checkup and vaccination claims. Recently helped a client submit the claim and her yearly check up RM300 is fully covered by AIA. 🥰

Successfully assisted RM42k Claims 😘☺️🙏

Since I started my journey as Life Planner, I had successfully done RM42K claims in two years time, with total of 40 claims paid out.

It's not a lot but I'm happy to help people out there. So you judge me whether I am experienced or not in doing insurance claims 😎

I had even insured 114 customers with total RM24 Million protection for my clients. ☺️

Received a call from client at this hour. 📞

Her toddler son fell down from chair while dining outside with family. The child had a big laceration open wound at the forehead, and bleeding. Mother called, and crying, very panicked

I asked her don't panic, as AIA medical card will cover her son's medical expenses. Don't worry I said. I advised her to go to the Emergency Department now, and get the medical treatment immediately. She just replied, Thank You so Much Grace. It's our duty to give assurance to client that they and their families are well protected ☺️

I hope her son is alright. Pray to God all is well for my client's son. Amen 🙏

Back to high school 📖

Learning is never ending. Even I have left high school for many years, I still learn new things every single day. Today is my second day in AIA Emerging Leader Course for all new Elite Premier Leaders. I must say, I had learnt so many new skills and knowledge, how I can be a effective coach and leader. This program is created to groom next generation leaders. TQ AIA for this support. ☺️

I joined AIA in Sep 2020 during CMCO. Little did I know back then, how will my journey in AIA will be but I know I had to leave my comfort zone to do greater things for myself and family.

Looking back, I never regretted my decision to take this leap. I had successfully graduated from AIA Elite Academy this March 2022, completing 1.5 years Elite program with consistent Elite Bonus payout. Started recruitment of new agents in Sep 2021 and had two good friends joined me in this career, Misa and then Eekah.

January 2022, I was promoted to be Assistant Unit Manager. In these few months, I continue my vision of helping others to success as well. My agents successfully converted to Takaful Elite Life Planner and achieved their Rising 🌟 award to Siam Reap. So happy! 🥺

This year recruited another two agents and wish to help them to do well too. 💪. July this year, mark my new journey as a Elite Premier Leader, learning how to be a team lead and managing a team of agents. Can't wait to learn more in this aspects.
