REQUIREMENTS & JOB SCOPE
- To monitor daily general operations of the service department in absent of Service Manager
- To coordinate with workshop staff on daily operations
- To ensure smooth running of the workshop
- To coordinate with technicians and mechanics in their works in absent of Service Manager
- To monitor front office work-in-progress jobs and ensure they are completed on time.
- To ensure all vehicles breakdowns are being attended
- To test drive with customers if needed and carry out diagnosis
- To insist achieve financial target set out by board of directors
- To plan annual workshop budget and workshop sales
- To carry out other duties instructed by the company from time to time
- Possess own transport & valid D license
