The Club had decided to send a new U-17 team participating in YSD Chairman’s Trophy last weekend at Shah Alam, Selangor.

The team consisted of some new players that are playing for the first time in a team with a focus on building some confidence and team spirit all around. ⚽

Dedication and training consistently before any game aids coaches to evaluate player’s performances and helps them improves further.

Moving forward, preparation and training had been scheduled for more challenging game/tournament ahead. We Move Forward Together. ✨

Thivashini Sivakumar, U-20 national player from Perak had sustained an ACL injury and has successfully undergone surgery.

She is now focusing on her recovery at Robust Sport Rehab and we at the club is glad to see that all is going well and on track. Eagerly awaiting to see you back in the game at the club and state level later in the near future. ⚽

Sesi ini bertujuan untuk mengadaptasi daya tahan kardiovaskular, fleksibiliti, daya tahan otot, kekuatan otot dan komposisi badan. 🏋️‍♂️

Sesi ini dijalankan sepenuhnya oleh yang dimiliki oleh Pegawai Fisioterapi pasukan kelab.
