外皮香脆．内馅多汁．李师傅饺子美味可口
怡保花园金山冬菇亭第11号档口的李师傅中国饺子面食专店，人气美食就是馅香味美的水煎饺子了，还有自制的面食，如菠菜面和蛋面也吸引不少捧场客。
蘸点中国淅醋姜丝提味
李师傅中国饺子面食专店东主李卓兴（60岁）表示，这里卖的饺子，是中国式的水煎饺，饺子包好后，先在锅子里加入少许油，再加入水，把饺子煎至底部金黄色焦脆可口，肉质嫩滑多汁，吃饺子时，当然少不了蘸点中国淅醋和姜丝，为饺子提味不少。
他说，饺子有三种口味，即韭菜猪肉、白菜猪肉、鸡肉饺，各种口味都有人喜欢，不少顾客会同时吃三种口味。
