Peanut Butter Groundnut Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup crushed groundnuts (add more if you like extra crunch!)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir well until smooth and creamy.

3. Add Baking Soda and Salt: Mix in the baking soda and salt until evenly distributed.

4. Fold in Crushed Groundnuts: Gently fold in the crushed groundnuts. This adds a delicious crunch to the cookies.

5. Shape the Dough: Roll small balls of dough (about 1 tablespoon each) and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball with a fork, creating a crisscross pattern.

6. Bake: Bake for 8–10 minutes or until the edges turn golden. Be careful not to overbake, as these cookies can become dry.

7. Cool and Serve: Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Kacang tanah Menglembu Thumbs bukan sahaja sedap, tetapi juga kaya dengan protein dan lemak sihat. Jom saya kongsikan resepi salad mudah menggunakan Kacang Tanah Menglembu Thumbs, sesuai untuk anda yang nak makan sihat! 💪

Bahan-bahan:
- 1 cawan Kacang Tanah Menglembu Thumbs
- 1 timun (dipotong dadu)
- 1 biji tomato (dipotong dadu)
- 1 bawang merah kecil (dicincang)
- 1 lobak merah (diparut)
- ½ cawan daun ketumbar (dicincang)
- 1 sudu besar jus lemon
- 1 sudu besar minyak zaitun
- Garam & lada secukup rasa
- 1 cili hijau (pilihan, dicincang)

Cara-cara:
1. Sediakan satu pek Kacang Tanah Menglembu Thumbs.
2. Campurkan timun, tomato, bawang, dan lobak merah dalam mangkuk besar.
3. Masukkan Kacang Tanah Menglembu Thumbs, jus lemon, garam, dan lada. Gaul rata.
