WEIL Hotel recently partnered with Family Wellness Club to celebrate the United Nations International Day of Yoga with a special 'Chair Yoga' program. This inclusive event was a huge success, drawing participants of all ages and abilities. Dr. V. Paranthaman, a family medicine specialist and Honorary Secretary of the Malaysian Medical Association (MMA) Perak branch, also spoke about the benefits of yoga.

Led by yoga instructor Ms. Aruna Rajah, the Chair Yoga session provided a calming yet effective way for participants to enjoy yoga while comfortably seated. This approach made yoga accessible to a wider audience, fostering community and well-being. Participants thoroughly enjoyed the experience, which was filled with laughter, relaxation, and a newfound appreciation for this unique form of yoga.

Beyond promoting physical well-being, this event was part of WEIL Hotel's CSR program, encouraging healthy lifestyles and community engagement.
