Rondo Fest 2024 will be held at SENTRAL College, Penang (11-14 June 2024) and Majestic Theatre, Penang (15 June 2024), providing a creative platform for cultural exchange, collaborative music-making, and the pursuit of artistic excellence.

The Closing Gala has always stood as the crowning moment that marks the culmination of a week-long of collaborative music making throughout the festival. Also, RondoFest 2024 is organised in partnership with the Young Choral Academy.

Hence, this fifth edition in June will see a grander affair, as it is set to star a choir on top of our handpicked festival orchestra to deliver a dazzling performance of Beethoven's Symphony No. 9
"Choral" under the leadership of Tengku Irfan and Susanna Saw.

Registration for the 2024 Golden Lion Awards International Music Arts Festival is now open, and the deadline for the preliminary round registration is January 8, 2024. The competition consists of two rounds: a preliminary round, which involves video submissions, and a final round, where participants can choose to compete either online or in person.

The 2024 Golden Lion Awards International Music Arts Festival will encompass competitions for strings, piano, and vocal performance. This prestigious competition final round is scheduled to take place on February 17th and 18th, 2024, at the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music in Singapore.

Now Trinity also offers the OPTION of 4 pieces (Repertoire only).

Who is Tay Cher Siang? Tay Cher Siang started his piano lessons learning classical music. He took up an interest in
Jazz during his teenage years and began to pursue his musical journey as a jazz pianist. He received his Masters in Jazz Pedagogy under the tutelage of Dr. Miltenberger and Professor
Scea.

Cher Siang immerse himself in the education of Jazz in Malaysia and Asia, he taught at UCSI, UM, The Yamaha Music Academy and UPM. He is also teaching at his private studio, and giving master classes, jazz clinics throughout Malaysia and Asia.
