India Job seekers, this is one sad story of a job seeker who came to work in a restaurant. He paid Rs 80,000 to India Agent & another 3 months salary to the restaurant owner. In the photo these person looks very smart. Before relocating to Malaysia, why he did not ask for the appointment & the terms and conditions .Details of the employer and also the address of the employer. It is the right of these India citizen to cross check the employer at the Malaysian Consulate in Chennai. More then 30 years, this problem is happening to India citizen. There are lot of awareness is provided by the India Government but India citizen do not care. Out of 100% India citizen, 20% are treated well by the owners. Most Malaysia employer in hotel did not care their workers. They have to work 12 to 14 hours with no overtime paid. Their life is miserable. The India citizen do not know their rights, that is why the Malaysian employers take advantage? As a National mediator under the Ministry of Unity Malaysia, I have been advising a lot of India citizen in India & Malaysia. So be careful & do not believe the India Agent or middlemen. If you return back to India, do make a Police Report against Malaysia employer & also the India Agent. Dr Kalidas Ramasamy.
