B : What factors influenced your decision to start making kombucha?
C : I found it fascinating and I was in the food science industry so it kinda just happened
 
B : How did you come up with the name 'Muunchew'?
C : it’s a wordplay on one of its origin story of kombucha from Manchuria 满洲, China)”; also “muun” “chew”; in mandarin literally means “full week” (directly implies the fermentation process; which take weeks). Lastly, it’s also my family name “chew”

B : What leisure pursuits drive your creative spark in the realm of work?
