1. Making a reservation
Make your reservation first before going to any Omakase restaurant because many are reservations only. It gives them enough time to plan, giving you the most memorable Omakase experience.
2. Dietary Preferences
If you have allergies and dietary restrictions, be sure to inform the Omakase restaurant they will try their best to accommodate.
3. Dress Code
Omakase is considered fine dining, so feel free to dress up. Smart casual attire would be much appreciated.
4. Ordering Omakase
Depending on your appetite, you can order the ideal course suitable for you. If you wish for more courses, you can always request.
5. Seating
