一定要有一些设计风格构思上的想法，或者可以上网找一些设计风格的图片收集起来，这样可以省去很多宝贵的时间，一来方便自己也是方便设计师，再来也是可以省去不必要花的冤枉钱。
之后设计师会到工地考察之后了解屋主的需求，然后进行格局思路沟通以及了解屋主喜欢怎样的风格，设计师会以50%+50%（设计师的构思加上屋主的构思双结合）的方式制定出属于你自己的设计风格。

在跟屋主进行沟通了之后设计师就会根据于屋主的需求与基本了解，进行格局规划以及3d效果设计图。
