Ni laa hasil kita makan ber tahun2 tanpa bakar.. lemak perut ni laa punca penyakit2 kronik.. diabetes/cardiovascular disease/stroke and b*k lagi..
Mcm mana nak buang lemak ni? of course kena ubah lifestyle.. and make sure dengan method yang betul.. 80% pemakanan lagi 20% senaman.. workout gila2 tapi makan tak jaga just keje sia2.. jangan nak mengeluh bila naik tangga pun mengah..

Nk diet bukan sebab nak look good gak tapi badan kena sihat baru boleh work long term. Umur 30+ dah mula mcm2 risiko kesihatan.
Perlindungan yg terbaik adalah menjaga kesihatan diri, benda ni tak mahal, tapi bernilai.
Fitness and positive self talk changed my life
7 years ago I hated how I looked in the mirror
I was โtoo skinnyโ and โneeded meat on my bonesโ
playing sports I was never taken seriously
I had such a low level of confidence
I was constantly comparing myself to other people
I would tell myself Iโm never going to have a physique I want
I would look at fitness magazines and wish I could have a physique like those guys
I got tired of feeling like this and would go to the supplement store and just buy whatever I could to just put on weight
The next 2-3 years I would just look for any supplement I could use to help put on weight so I could get to my dream physique
BUT the only thing that left me with was extra fat gain from high calorie shakes and a hole in my pocket from not really knowing what I was doing
After years of doing the wrong thing, diving deep into the fitness industry, and learning how to actually train and eat I finally started to see real progress
I was starting to learn how to eat correctly instead of just eating for the sake of consuming calories
I was starting to get stronger
My body was finally starting to change in the way I wanted it to
I was gaining confidence and feeling motivated to keep going
Fast forward to today and Iโm in a much better mental space. Iโm way more confident! I learned how to train and eat correctly to get lasting results!
The biggest lessons I learned was be patient, be consistent, and donโt compare yourself to others
Everyone had their own journey, embrace it and be the super hero of your own story ๐ช๐ฝ
