Our Story
LA Residences Hotel Apartment operated since 2015. It is a pet project of two sisters, Mrs Norhsam and Gee Shah, the owner. This project is family owned and professionally managed, as Gee Shah is a qualified International Hotelier of more than 20 years of International Hotel Management in Asia and Europe thus it reflects in the operation and management of LA Residences. Since the past 3 years we have looked after more than 12 international and local companies (Long Staying Guests ) and have earned good reputation for our hospitality service.
LA Residences is located at Bukit Geluor Pengerang surrounded by trees and natural Flora & Fauna and its natural habitat. Local birds such as Black-naped oriole, Common iota birds, frogs, crickets, monkeys can still be seen and heard which is a rarity nowadays.
Just within minutes from the main road, you will arrive to a gated compound with 10 units of one bedroom apartment, away from the road noise and pollution into a greenery surrounding.
