Job description
Requirements
1. Confident and Flair in design.
2. Ability to produce design concept and presentation drawing
3. Familiar with UBBL and Planning Guidelines
4. Able to carry task from project inception to completion.
5. Conversant in building contract.

Qualification
1. At least Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / LAM Part II.
2. Confident and ability to work with minimum supervision.
3. Mature and self-motivated to achieve targets and deadline.
