Area Kajang dan berhampiran.

* Waktu kerja :.
* 8.30am - 5.30pm (Isnin - Sabtu)
* Cuti (Ahad)

* Pengalaman 3-4 tahun diutamakan.
* 3 bulan pertama tempoh percubaan, sekiranya disiplin & prestasi kerja memuaskan, alaun Prestasi akan di peruntukan ( + ) rm100.00 beserta surat penjawat kerja tetap ( confirmation letter )

Insentif Company :.
* Caruman KWSP
* Caruman SOCSO / Perkeso
* Cuti Umum 10 Hari /tahun

ADMINISTRATION / HUMAN RESOURCES
-Organise and maintain personnel records
-Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
-Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides—Revise company policies
-Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
-Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
-Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
-Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
-Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
-Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)

ACCOUNTANT
-Manage all accounting transactions
-Prepare budget forecasts
-Publish financial statements in time
-Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
-Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
-Ensure timely bank payments
-Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
-Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
-Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
-Audit financial transactions and documents
-Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
-Comply with financial policies and regulations
