If you didn’t already know two Prismacolor pencils, lilac PC956 and lavender PV934 has been discontinued due to pigment availability. In place are these two colors Amethyst PC1104 and Orchid PC1105. These will be listed separately on our websites.

Having gone around most places in the city I now truly understand why there isn’t any physical paper craft store around. So we have been bringing some stuff to ship over but shipping here in Australia is truly expensive. Here’s hoping this batch arrives safe and sound.

Remember this company called Chatterbox Inc. ? I spend a couple of hours daily in the store clearing out old stuff, tossing out stocks that can’t be used and retaking photos of items previously listed that were too distorted after we shifted to a new server. We seem to be “the” place scrappers abroad look for when it’s some long lost treasure that they can no longer find back home so ironically many of these stuff travel from USA to us in Malaysia and then back again to the USA. It’s almost as if I am fostering these babies! 😆 Anyways many have asked about the availability of items so we will try to list down items restocked and relisted. I know I will still be doing this til my golden years, judging from the amount of stock we have!

I have been doing this for the past 7000 days!!!

latest release reminded me of some adverse data last week! Apparantly Malaysia tops the list with highest microplastics consumption everyday - more than 108 other countries. Seriously I don’t know how this data is gathered but does this mean our ocean is heavily polluted? Or sadly it’s how our packaging habits never change🥲

Sigh… the perils of running a business. For some reason many of my photos disappear from the marketplaces after a while and also disappeared from my laptop so it’s back to retaking photos over and over again …

It’s that time of the year where a select group of vendors will send us samples and go through some short classes with us. We can’t wait to show you what they are but this first dibs into is absolutely beautiful- I think it’s my favourite for now 🥰

The period between 12th and 21st May is often a difficult time as memories of how my first born come flooding back. From the moment my waterbag burst, and then the power went off and we could not open the auto gates, the time I was admitted and epidural was administered. We were waiting for the birth of Bryant, I remembered clearly watching the clock. There was a pair of yellow boots in the corner. The doctor only came hours later … and then after the birth. It was quiet. Bryant was quickly wheeled away, everyone rushed away with him. I was forgotten momentarily and nurses were wishing one another Happy Nurses Day. It was why I hated the 12th of May and it didn’t help that Nurses Day was overshadowed by Mothers Day yesterday. But still…which brings me here to thank everyone for helping support us all along. This was why Scrap-n-Crop existed. I journaled Bryant’s 10 years here and I continue to journal Rebecca’s and Benjamin’s day to day. May be trivial to some but not when you remind yourself that we are all here on borrowed time. Happy Mother’s Day and Happy Birthday Bryant!

Now who doesn’t love Thai food? Of course I had to try out a cooking class by Chef Pui and she taught me my favourite Rad Na and all the Tom-Yams. Guilty to say though that I have scrapped the pictures before even trying out the recipes on my own since I have been back 😅

My son Ben is a dragon baby by chance but I have been told by the old folks that everyone wants a dragon baby! That makes dragon babies highly competitive as they normally have easily 30 pct more competition in everything they do! Hands down to all the dragon babies this year. May 2024 shine for you!

I am loving the quality of this Dylusions Journal. I tested it with watercolors today and the paper remains smooth and did not buckle at all. No bleeds on the next page. I am beginning to think the possibilities are endless with this journal and I am already loving that I could actually use my stamps and die cuts as well. I only have to make sure there is not too much bulk! Those will be reserved for the ring-bound albums!

I found a way to use and relook my old stamps and stickers,markers and stuff. I hope it will work. I also found that these Dylusion journals have mighty thick and smooth paper which is great for coloring and sketching (like I ever sketch). And since this year I am still clueless as to which planner style to embark on (and trust me I went through the whole works but couldn’t see myself going through til the end of any system), I decide this weekly one should work. It’s less intimidating and fits into my use the supplies resolution. Although something tells me I might end up hunting for more stuff in my store 😅

Still not as good with photo editing. One is for framing, another for the scrapbook… can’t decide 😅. oh shoot I only noticed someone’s hand on the far right after I printed the photos out. Perhaps my eyesight is failing me🥲

Does this look like biscuits and wafer to you? It has been so difficult working on content when the A.I. automatically adjusts the category of your products. Often we had to retake photos and reword the titles… sigh, another 29,999 skus to go…

Still have a few of these 4x4 albums left which I may grab to make for my birthday pals… but oh there are so many adorable colors to choose from😅

Thank you all for your patience while I am away - I will be back soon, I promise! We will reopen the store on 16 December. Loving this die - just a quick card from leftovers in tray for my niece who is getting married this weekend!

As I turn half a century old I am dreaming on getting started on my next project … Simply Me! But having a headache looking for photos of myself as I am always the photographer 😅

Found some old dies in my stash and loving how the effect on corkboard! It gets easier when we try to sort out products by the same type and dies by collection… so I can now see what I have 😅 I don’t normally recall where they are from as I normally remove them from their packaging and store them in cut magnetic pieces in storage pockets but if I find something from a product manufacturer that I like I try to print out color samples and include them in my pockets. I still have some unidentifiable dies but at least I am happy it’s somewhat more organised now 😂 So do you dismantle your die-sets to store them?
