Banker Acceptance
- To ensure the completeness and accuracy of cash the book records with SAP bank ledger account by performing the bank reconciliation on monthly basis.
- Sales Banker Acceptance- to prepare the INV & DO for submission to Bank.
- LC or D/P for Supplier / Customer
- Prepare Payment to Oversea creditors & ensure payment on time.
- Local & Overseas Creditor Invoices-to checking completeness & accuracy of relevant documents submitted (PR, PO, GRN, DO, INV)
- Update Cash flow
- To perform checking Payment Voucher & Supporting Documents for Local Supplier & release of cheque

- Mengendalikan penggali / penyodok untuk memproses, memindahkan atau memuatkan treler seperti yang diperintahkan oleh atasan.
- Untuk menjaga penggali / skop dalam keadaan baik dan maklum balas kepada pihak atasan sekiranya berlaku kes tidak normal.
- Untuk melakukan pemeriksaan rutin setiap hari untuk penggali / penyodok seperti memeriksa minyak minyak, tangki air dan paras minyak hidraulik.
- Min SPM / Sijil / Diploma Sains / Kejuruteraan pengajian atau bidang yang setaraf dengannya
- Min 3 tahun pengalaman bekerja
- Bersedia bekerja di LANCHANG, PAHANG.

- To supervise yard operational and transfer zone movement are executed as planned.
- To manage and ensure yard maintenance and cleanliness.
- To manage stockpile maintenance.
- To ensure incoming and outgoing material are unloaded and load at the correct location.
- To ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
- Implement preventive maintenance and repair for heavy equipment, machinery, and yard facilities.
- Responsible for Safety and Health measurement at the workplace.
- To train subordinates.
- Willing to work at PULAU INDAH.

EXCAVATOR OPERATOR

- Pengalaman bekerja sekurangnya 3 tahun.

1. Overall responsible for products related to plastic mould, vibrating separators, and ceramic mould and spare parts for ceramic industry

2. Develop good business relationship with local and overseas customer.

3. To liaise with forwarding/shipping agents and warehouse pertaining to delivery of export goods and preparation of shipping documents, fumigation, insurance, certificate of origin /Form D

4. Follow up closely on customer enquiries, complaints issues, pending delivery, quotation, and repeating orders.

5. To plan and arrange delivery goods to customer

6. Perform administration work, prepare and process purchase requisition, quotation, sales order, and delivery order. To ensure all documentation are kept in order

7. Monitor outstanding sales order.

8. To prepare sales reports and sales meeting minutes

9. Participate in sales campaigns, exhibition, project, advertising materials and distribution planning

10. Negotiate the sales terms and conditions

11. Coordinate with sales staff to solve customer problems

12. Assist sales staff in preparing and fax/email quotation when they are not in office

13. To obtain customer satisfaction feedback

14. Ensure prompt collection payment for cash sales customer

15. To coordinate replacement for goods return, credit note and sample requisition form

Job Requirements:

1. Min SPM /Diploma or Degree in Business Studies / Administration or equivalent field

2. Min 2 years working experience

3. Proficient in English, Malay and Mandarin, knowledge of other language such as Cantonese and local dialects will be advantage

4. Proficient in AUTOCAD will be an added advantage
