CLARIFICATION REGARDING RECENT INCIDENT ON DELIVERY
CONCERNING COMPANY’S REPUTATION

It has come to our attention that there is a matter we need to address in the interest of transparency and accuracy. Recently, our Company has faced a challenge concerning an incident involving a delivery service personnel from Lalamove delivery service company who has made unfavourable comments on social media platforms, implying ungenerous on our part towards the services rendered by the said delivery service personnel.

The specified delivery personnel in question have shared remarks on social media implying that our Company is ‘ungenerous’ and claiming that we require prompt deliveries without offering adequate payment for the services provided. It is important to clarify that this accusation stems from a misunderstanding. Our assessment of the mentioned delivery personnel was based on
his negative attitude towards the Company’s customers, not on any issues related to payment nor delivery arrangement.

It is important to note that our Company highly values the dedication and hard work of all our service provider. Any perception of ungenerous or unfair payment is not a reflection of our Company’s policies, and we are committed to ensuring fair and just payment for the services rendered.

Regrettably, the comments and/or remarks made by this Lalamove delivery personnel have not only stemmed from a misunderstanding but have also caused tangible harm to our Company’s image and reputation. The defamatory nature of these comments and/or remarks has led to financial losses and poses a threat to the trust our valued customers placed in us.

We want to assure our customers, partners and the general public that we take these matters seriously. In light of the damage caused by the defamatory comments, we have no alternative but to consider to take appropriate legal actions against the said delivery personnel in order to protect the integrity and reputation of the Company.
