The grapes for the Pinot Noir of Hautes Côtes de Nuits are harvested from wines over 20 years of ages and macerated in vat for 4 to 5 weeks. Aging during 15 months in oak barrels gives this flattering woody notes, the complex nose evolves over the years on fruity notes, smoked, grilled spicy. The long mouth is both robust, full and silky. Best served at 16-18C along with meats and matured cheese.
