MPKB-BRI PERTINGKAT PEMANTAUAN TERHADAP PREMIS KEDAI MAKAN, GERAI PENJAJA SELARAS DENGAN PELAKSANAAN KEMUDAHAN KEPADA INDIVIDU LENGKAP 2 DOS VAKSIN UNTUK DINE IN

Kota Bharu - Selaras dengan Pengumuman Khas yang dibuat oleh YAB Perdana Menteri berkenaan kemudahan -kemudahan kepada individu yang lengkap divaksin. Pihak MPKB BRI menjangkakan aktiviti makan di kedai atau ‘dine in’ akan kembali menjadi rancak.

Sehubungan dengan itu, bagi memastikan tahap pematuhan terhadap SOP oleh masyarakat adalah tinggi disamping untuk mengekang penularan wabak C19, operasi pemantauan dan tindakan penguatkuasaan akan dipertingkat mulai 10 Ogos 2021.

MPKB BRI ingin memberi peringatan kepada masyarakat terutama kalangan peniaga dan pengunjung yang makan di kedai bahawa tindakan dibwh Akta 342 serta Undang-Undang Kecil MPKB BRI yang sedia ada akan dikenakan terhadap peniaga dan individu yang melanggar SOP.

Bagi individu yang ingin ‘Dine In’ mestilah menunjukkan sijil pengenalan digital yang mengesahkan individu tersebut telah lengkap divaksin. Manakala bagi pemilik premis p**a perlu memaparkan dipintu masuk kedai nama dan jumlah pekerja yang telah lengkap divaksin disamping perlu memastikan penjarakan sosial dipatuhi.

Jika didapati terdapat pelanggaran SOP, pihak Majlis tidak akan teragak-agak untuk mengeluarkan kompaun kepada individu mahupun peniaga mengikut undang-undang berikut :-

1. Kompaun kepada pelanggan bagi kesalahan dibawah Perintah 17 PPPPP Akta 342 untuk individu yang belum lengkap divaksin makan di premis makanan/gerai penjaja

2. Kompaun kepada pemilik premis makanan/gerai penjaja dibawah perintah yang sama atas kesalahan membenarkan pelanggan yang belum lengkap divaksin makan di premis makanan/gerai penjaja.

Selain tindakan kompaun, tindakan tegas tambahan akan dikenakan sebagaimana berikut;

1. Tindakan menyita dan menutup premis perniagaan dibawah Seksyen 38 dan seksyen 43 Undang-Undang Kecil Pelesenan Tred, Perniagaan dan Perindustrian MPKB-BRI 2019

2. Pembatalan lesen penjaja dan penyitaan gerai dibawah Seksyen 4 Undang-Undang Kecil Penjaja MPKB-BRI 1986

Pihak MPKB BRI amat mengharapkan agar semua lapisan masyarakat terus istiqomah mematuhi segala SOP dibawah Plan Pemulihan Negara Fasa 2 yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak Kerajaan. Sama-sama kita berusaha mengekang penularan rantaian wabak Covid19.
