2. Cheaper to grown.
3. Usually machine harvested.
4. Usually served as bottomless coffee.
5. Higher caffeine

Arabica.
1. Higher quality and more expensive.
2. Lower caffeine
3. More taste pellets.

Mixing robusta and arabica.
1. Reduce cost.
2. Better crema
3. Better taste

Single Origin vs Blend.

The term “single origin” is a coffee category that gives focus to one distinct area or region where the coffee is grown. Simply put, coffee that is labeled as single origin can be traced to a single farm, farmer, producer, crop or region in one country.

The taste are unique to the region and robust/stronger. Best extraction to distinguish the taste is using a pour over.

At Copi Koffee, our single origins are sourced from Brazil, El Salvador, Indonesia, Tanzania, Columbia and Eutopia.

Blends.

Blend is mixing beans from all over to balance the taste to make it smoother and enjoyable for most of coffee drinkers. This need a lot of experience master roasters to finalize the ratio.

Espresso.

1. Smaller cup is better. Less oxidization, more focus aroma.
2. Half cup is full cup.
3. 20-30ml for a shot.
4. People want to enjoy the taste, not dying of thirst.
5. Single origin is perfect.
6. Higher altitude, better care in harvesting.
