The Industrial Court ruled that TH Heavy Engineering Berhadโs dismissal of group general manager of finance Malik Rahim was without just cause or excuse.
The ex-GM claimed they were forced to resign due to a toxic work environment and unfair treatment. The company did not attend the hearing, leading the Industrial Court to rule in favor of the former employee.
