Wedding cake punya berat ni sebenarnya ikut jenis cake yang kamu pilih. Dan, setiap bakers tu buat kek yang berbeza, contohnya:
Kami punya 'yam cake' guna sponge cake. The cake then will be light and fluffy.

Some bakers p**a, jenis kek yang kena guna untuk yam cake adalah heavy cake /shortened cake. I personally feel heavy kek ni is so flavourable compared to sponge cake. I can eat the cake without frosting and filling. Antara heavy cake yang kami buat adalah red velvet, chocolate moist, carrot dan sebagainya.

Jadi as a customer, kita tanya directly sama itu bakers, apa jenis kek yang dorang bake. Sebab ada juga i dengar orang bagi feedback..

"Eh keras coklat kek tu, kalau umban anji*g buli mamp*s." 🤭 (i nampak orang post2 di FB dorang, ndak tau la kepada sepa tu feedback)

kalau heavy cake tu kan, simpan di esbok dengan cara salah, exposed to the cool air in our fridge kan kompom kek bkeras tu. Sponge cake p**a, simpan few days pun masih fluffy. 😉 we advice untuk simpan kek yang sudah kena potong dalam esbok dengan cara yang betul la.. Supaya kek tidak jadi kering/dry. Ada tu kami share cara penyimpanan kek yang betul dulu2. Scroll down ja.

What a beautiful place for any event! Quite spacious and most importantly close to nature and you can even hear the sounds of the river flowing. Reccomended place la! (sempat lagi review 🤭) just need to look after the kids la. Do check out the place because they have lots of activities to offer for both adult & kids.

Chocolate moist & red velvet cake with buttercream frosting. BC frosting is always best for outdoor wedding ya.
