Urgent Vacancy: Management Trainee

Lotteries Corporation Sdn Bhd is urgently seeking a motivated individual to join our Admin & HR department as a Management Trainee.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with insurance administration, agreement preparation, office supply management, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, fixed assets management, and general administrative tasks.
- Participate in projects and initiatives.
- Learn and develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations and industry.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driving license.
- Added advantage: Experience or knowledge in HR practices, labor law, and recruitment processes.
