☹️ We are truly sorry to our customers who were dining in the café as they had to witness and endure the uncivilised screams of a dissatisfied, ill-mannered customer.

☹️ We are truly sorry to our customers who were queueing up to pay for their items at the cashier counter. The insolent and rude lady returned with her group of friends to create an unnecessary commotion at the cashier counter. Their unacceptable behaviour had prevented our customers from making payments, hence, causing an interruption on our café operation.

☹️ We are truly sorry to our staff, whose photos are being circulated and went viral on Facebook. We are truly sorry to her parents. Our staff is being bullied by cyberbullies and netizens who do not know what actually had happened. Instead of seeking the truth, these cyberbullies and netizens chose to behave poorly by sharing our staff photos and commenting blindly on Facebook.

If you are a parent, try imagining that your child is in this staff’s shoes – a person who is hardworking and doing her best to make an honest living, but instead have to face bullies at work just because they were not able to accept and adhere to rules and policies.

Let's stay calm and behave rationally. Let’s not allow our egos, temper and impudence behaviour dictate our way of communicating and behaving with others. And, certainly let’s not permit and accept insults and bullying on another person or business go viral on the internet just because someone has an “opinion”. Our staff are not perfect, but we are doing our best every day to serve you.

对于近期的4.6星跌去3.9星，为了某学院利益，打响知名度而操作的假账号操作，其实，我们看得蛮平淡的，毕竟我们专业的，是踏实的做咖啡和西点，而且同事刚拿了个手冲冠军，实实在在的证明了，我们是做对的。我们真的没时间去做哪些幼稚，没品位，小人之为，小丁丁之事。

我们家柜台小妹不是华人，英文也不太好，但老板逼她说华文(毕竟多个语言，多个机会)，口罩下面，她的笑容很好看。如果你觉得她不回应你，放心，不是机车，你可以换个马来文对话。

再一次说，人生短暂，咖啡，西点，厕所，华文，要说好。重点，人品要好。别为了那几张小钱，基本尊严和道德底线都丢失了。
