REQUIREMENTS:
- minimum 2 years experience in litigation
- managerial position experience is an added bonus
- possess extra certification of secretarial or clerical jobs is an advantage
- experience handling civil litigation (criminal litigation experience is a plus)
- Zoom trial/mentions experience is a plus
- have own transportation (desirable, not mandatory)
- good command of Malay and English
- able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- monitor deadlines in correspondence with the court and clients
- drafting of cause papers and letters
- liaising with third parties (government officials etc) and clients as well as with team members
- coordinating and organising case files, both soft copy and hard copy
- managing legal secretaries, interns and lawyers' timetables
- in charge of firm's master calendar, deadlines and filing systems
- able to meet tight deadlines
- able to manage a staff of 5 or more and their timetables
- well versed in Zoom and PDF skills
