Japanese Super Melanger flour

Calling all sourdough bakers, we now sell 1kg packs of Japanese Super Melanger flour (Marubishi). Imported from Japan, this premium artisanal bread flour is widely used for bread baking, especially sourdough.

Favoured by bread bakers all over due to its high protein content which gives bread structure and good oven spring. Yeap, this is the not-so secret ingredient of our signature sourdough country loaves😜
