In all honesty, when this iMac was brought in, we thought we wouldn't be able to save it. It was struck by lightning which tripped the entire office's electricity. It was completely dead, but after a lot of troubleshooting and a final lucky guess, Hamzah managed to fix it (though it took a long time). It also cost a fraction of the price to fix compared to buying a new one!
