To all the gorgeous moms out there,
Happy Mother's Day.
Be kind to yourself.
Be happy.
Be you.
You are enough.
You are important.
& You don't have to be a supermom to be an awesome mother for your kids.
Till now, you may receive a lot of advice after discovering your child is autistic, ADHD or having developmental delays.
Don't be sorry.
- Gather your strength.
- Have a goal.
- Build your team
As your journey progresses, you will eventually understand that raising a happy autistic/ADHD child is more important than trying so hard to fix your child to be 'normal'.
It didn't work.
Stop prioritizing the wrong things for your autistic/ADHD child.
Allow your kids to be in the environment which meets their needs, pace and expectations.
Have things been easier since getting a diagnosis?
- you know better.
Therefore, choose your battle.
Invest your time and effort to make your child happy without neglecting your own happiness.
Take a break.
Don't push yourself too hard.
And find a way to celebrate the most beautiful version of Mother's Day for your own self.
You're important too.
