In order to acquire the maximum extend of the blacklips abalone flavour, our omakase chefs carefully simmer the precious abalone using advanced cooking techniques in order to properly regulate its temperature as to extract its flavour without ruining the intergrity of the dish. This dish is then further improved through pairing it with freshly grated Japanese wasabi.

The kampachi fish - a well known traditional ingredient used in omakases around the globe. In Yi Fusion, we take the old and create anew through serving the kampachi boldly in a tart format accompanied by handmade ponzu jelly at the bottom, representing the through meaning of fusion without sacrificing the true authentic flavour of the Kampachi fish.

高级寿司食材的前三名之一——间八Kanpachi。脂肪不高的特征为其带来了爽口又弹牙的口感，肉质也非常鲜嫩。搭配柚子醋制作的Ponzu Jelly，以及脆口的挞皮，让酸甜又脆口的口感配上间八鲜嫩的肉质，简直是极致的搭配！

The Striploin cut - widely regarded as a one of the best wagyu cuts is rich in flavour and incredibly balanced between the lean/fat ratio, served with an accompaniment of raspberry which further highlights the wagyu through cutting through its heavy fat content. This dish is prepared in an uncomplicated manner to highlight the original essence of the beef along with its raspberries to balance out the heavy elements.

One of our star dishes - The Hamaguri Carpaccio. This dish applies the technique of Carpaccio to the Hamaguri (Asian Hard Clam), one of the many revered Omakase ingredients in order to create a modern fusion dish that defines us. Through using modern cooking techniques, a Shiso dressing foam🍃 is created to infuse a fresh element in order to perfectly neutralize the greasy element of the dish, creating a perfect harmony.

Hamaguri Carpaccio, 我们的招牌季节性料理之一。我们师傅将Carpaccio的技术用于Hamaguri 花帘蛤，也是Omakase的有名食材之一，创造一份具有日式Fusion并定义Yi Fusion理念的料理。同时，还以紫苏叶酱汁泡沫🍃 ，以完美中和蛤蜊的腻口，以更高的维度呈现此料理。

传说中的Omakase 我终于来啦！

我喜欢Omakase的点是你来之前不会知道你即将吃到什么 但被端上来的食物都是敲击好吃的 就像是你收到一个你hin喜欢的surprise这样🥺

整个体验感非常不错 师傅好friendly 和我想象的严肃的师傅不一样 他会介绍他使用的食材 讲解为什么他会这样搭配 还告诉我们那个哇南非鲍鱼是刚刚才运到的呢！

我个人蕞喜欢我们的main, cod fish非常鲜嫩☺️还有Premium Handroll 一口吃下满满的海胆尊滴太幸福惹💕 每一道料理都可以感受到师傅的用心搭配和食材的新鲜😭

我们吃的是他们的Gen Menu 包括前菜和甜点一共有14样 这里有几种不同的Omakase菜单 除了晚餐也有午餐或是下午茶 不管是想要体验看看或者是要go for premium experience的都可以哦！

首先环境方面，柔和的灯光+轻音乐，营造出满满高级氛围感🥀
除了有Omakase Bar，二楼和三楼还有私人厢房和小宴会间，无论是情侣约会、家人聚餐或庆祝节日都很适合👌~

这里没有固定的菜单，厨师👨‍🍳会根据时令食材，为客人定制菜色！
