💪Our Weekly BIM Team Leaders Meeting💪

Today, our BIM Office Group’s top management met with team leaders to discuss several key issues. The focus was mainly on the day-to-day operations of our existing and newly awarded BIM projects, as well as strategies for handling upcoming projects.🏗️🏗️

The management also discussed strategies for guiding newly onboarded staff and team leaders to grow them on a “lead by example” basis, as well as future hiring plans to support the company’s expansion.🤩🤩

Govt ready to adopt BIM for development projects, says Anwar KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim says the government will adopt the Building Information Modelling (BIM) system for government and private sector projects.

CSD, SEM & 4-Wall drawings produced by BIM Office Group are utilised for actual construction activities at the site 🏗️🏗️. The Employer MRTS insisted everyroom to stick the signed off CSD, SEM & 4W drawings for site used🏗️

We are unlocking the real value of BIM and applying the digital construction methodology to the physical construction on-site 💪💪💪

The first BIM workshop began together with the Employer Gamuda and Engineering Consultant Team from ACS, YRE, and BIM Office. 🇨🇳🤝🇲🇾

We are aligning with Gamuda’s EIR and kicking off our first BIM workshop, focusing especially on interoperability issues and best practices for engineering in the China 🇨🇳 and Malaysia 🇲🇾.

Finally, we had our monthly get-together lunch at the end of May 2024, which also served as a birthday lunch for Mr. Eugene.🎂🎂

To summarise the month of May, we had many exciting moments, especially with the BIM Office Group’s collaboration with Pinnacle Infotech and important meetings with CIDB, Data Centre projects (KL & JB), and an invitation from MRT Corp. These events made for a very busy schedule for everyone.🙇🏻‍♂️🙇🏻

Today, everyone was happy and excited, enjoying great discussions, delicious food, and wonderful moments.😀😀

Invited by MRT Corp to the “BIM Office 🤝 Pinnacle Infotech” presentation for MRT Corp’s Asset team, both companies shared valuable insights from their extensive experience in BIM projects within the metro network.

Currently, BIM Office serves as the BIM Consultant for the RTS Bukit Chagar Station and Wadi Hana Depot, while Pinnacle Infotech is the BIM Consultant for RTS Woodland Station and CIQ, as well as for 19 stations in the SMRT network in Singapore.

The discussion was highly productive, with BIM Office detailing their work experiences on the MRT Line 2 KLES Underground station and Pinnacle Infotech discussing their project experiences on the Dubai Metro and Saudi Arabia Metro.

The synergistic collaboration between “BIM Office 🤝 Pinnacle Infotech” aims to enhance synergy and establish a stronger BIM local presence in the Malaysia Metro Network project.
