Today's project - Braised Chicken feet with mushrooms (taucheo, onions, garlic and dried chillies) - an appetising dish - salty, beany, sweet and spicy

Today's dish - Steamed Pumpkin Kuih - filling of dried shrimps, lap cheong and mince meat

Fresh stock of Multi-purpose Sauce - 2 varieties- Original and Spicy
It's sweet, spicy, sour and salty - good for steaming fish, stir fries or even on its own.

Today's project - Cheong Cheng Sauce (multi-purpose sauce) - good for Steaming fish or seafood, as a dip, as sambal or even to fry rice

Achar today - cucumber, carrots , cabbage, chillies, French beans (no long beans), ground peanuts
