We are having a special promotion on sake happening only at Bari Uma 1MK. You can purchase these exclusive type of sake that is available only for RM48/bottle. Come and visit as it is only available this Saturday and Sunday 26th-27th August 11:30am - 2pm.

Chicken thighs are marinated with ginger in our special sauce long enough for it to get soft. It is then coated with seasoning to lock in the umami. After taking the orders, we carefully fry chicken in a consistent temperature to achieve a right amount of tenderness and juiciness

In the store, high-quality pork belly is simmered till it gets very tender and then slowly seasoned with our special soy sauce. The slice of Chashu is grilled before it is placed on each ramen so our guests can enjoy the grilled aroma and the mouth-watering feeling of Chashu

Our noodle has strong “koshi” . The noodle texture which is chewy with resistance to the bite. Since our soup is very thick, the noodle is also required to have a strong flavour and texture to make the most balanced ramen��

After deliberately boiling and peeling the eggs, they are soaked in a special homemade sauce overnight. This unique way of preparation adds the rich umami to the eggs. It also helps maintain the egg’s perfect texture

Our Tonkotsu soup is made from pork bones with a blend of chicken bones. These bones are simmered in a special large pot for more than 8 hours with Its temperature carefully maintained. The residues from the ingredients are always skimmed off. This elaborate process can bring out the maximum natural flavour of the raw ingredients without any odour.

Our signature " Ultimate Tonkotsu shoyu ramen" is so creamy and flavourful that it tempts you from the first sip. You can enjoy this ramen only at Bariuma.
