Ya know what's insane? All the dogs are real. White God set a record with 274 animals used in the production! And most dogs acted better than any Jennifer Lopez film!

Obviously wouldn't be posting if animals were mistreated.

I remember ordering this in my old movie store and watched it on the 4 screens in my shop. Customers wanted to rent it too🤣 but there was only one copy and it was for my eyes only before anyone else!

𝐔𝐑𝐆𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐏

As all of you know, there are 𝗡𝗢 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 right now at Cherishlife Home Shelter.
Till we are able to find the permanent workers, Aunty Winnie is in 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗗𝗦 of volunteers to help her with her daily routine for 200 dogs and 30 cats.

Preferably 1 or 2 people who are able to stay there with her for a few days each round. As the morning routine starts at 7am and she is unable to cope all alone.
Aunty Winnie had a fall yesterday and is now limping her way through her daily routine.
We are in 𝗗𝗜𝗥𝗘 𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗗 of volunteers to step out to assist Aunty Winnie while we try everything we could to get permanent workers for her as soon as we could.
We understand that is it difficult, but we truly hope that someone will be able to make some time and consider the option.

Each day she only need not more than 4 person to help her out.
No children as she is unable to focus and ensure the safety for the child/animals at this moment.

很急！！！

目前Cherishlife Home没有任何员工帮忙，只有Aunty Winnie一个在照顾200只狗狗和30只猫猫！
在找到固定员工之前，我们急需志愿者帮忙打理狗场种的日常！

因为Aunty Winnie 从早上7点开始喂食狗狗们，对于年过6旬的她已经负荷不了了！
昨天Aunty Winnie 还摔倒了，这更加影响了她的体力和行动能力（因经常捧重物，她长期都得忍受腰和背痛）。
目前我们真的很需要每天有人都轮流进入Shelter帮忙Aunty减轻一些负担，直到我们能够请到员工为止！
如果有任何人能够在住在狗场帮忙几天（有干净住宿），那更加好！

Your dog owes you nothing. Not a thing.

The decision for him to be in your life wasn’t his, it was yours. He doesn’t owe you anything. If you look at your dog as owing you something in return for your attention, food, medical care etc, then that’s the first problem we have to tackle before we can even begin true training together.

Your dog doesn’t owe you “obedience” he doesn’t owe you “respect” he doesn’t owe you “good behavior” simply because he gets to share the same space and life with you. If you want that kind of relationship and behavior; that’s on you to create, not him.

YOU owe your dog. You owe it to him to understand his history, his development and his ancestors. You owe it to him to learn about his needs, his characteristics and his individual personality. You owe it to him to become educated on how he communicates with you, his body language and train him in a way he understands and enjoys and doesn’t cut corners just because it’s easier on YOU. You owe it to him to protect him and keep him safe. You owe it to him to modify YOUR environment to help him be successful.

Dogs are a privilege. WE created THEM. We’ve done them so many injustices and yet they still go to war with us, herd our livestock, protect us, find people for us, assist us devotedly, meet us at the door wagging their tails and comfort us when we are down. The tasks they do for us go above and beyond any other partnership between species imaginable, so you have to be willing to do your part too.

Your dog owes you nothing. You owe your dog. Remind yourself of that every time you get mad at him for simply doing dog things. Now, let’s get to work to make a great team.

Imagine going on a long-anticipated walk, through beautiful scenery, after you have been cooped up all day in the same place, but you have been fitted with a blind fold and are being dragged along at a fast pace. I imagine that this is how dogs feel when we don’t allow them time to stop and sniff the environment. Dogs largely perceive their world through smell and it’s how they collect and process information and make sense of their world. Taking away an opportunity for sniffing on a walk is not in their best interests and as much as physical exercise is important, the mental stimulation that sniffing provides is equally, if not more important.
Studies have shown that allowing dogs to spend time sniffing provides so many benefits – promoting calmness, lowering stress and anxiety levels, lowering pulse rates, preventing cognitive decline and providing mental stimulation and enrichment are just some examples.
Make time for a slow “sniffing walk”, where your dog is allowed to decide which direction to go and allowed to simply follow their nose to their noses content! It may take more patience as we wait for them to finish smelling that blade of grass, but the benefits are well worth it.
