Snowball-kuih ni ramai yg tak tahu,tapi i rasa ramai yg tahu cuma nama berbeza.ramai yg tanya ini biskut arab ke?suji ke?makmur ke?
Ok let me explain 😁kuih ni pakai ghee(minyak sapi) sama jugak kuih kuih diatas☝️yg bezanya adalah snowball ni digaul bersama roasted almond nib,di golek diatas tepung susu lemak berkrim😁.kalau makmur digolek bersama gula icing didalam kacang tanah.
Dan proses setiap adunan snowball ni i akan ambil masa 24 jam kerana dari tepung,almond and etc semua ada proses satu persatu.
Sebab itu setiap tahun i akan limitkan stock untuk snowball ni.siapa yg makan ghee cnfrm s**a kuih ni❤️
