I hope this posting finds you well. I am writing to clarify and affirm my complete non-involvement in any criminal activities committed by my ex-business partner, Joseph Pon Wai Hau in another business entity, Safire Motorsport

I understand that recent events have brought attention to the activities undertaken by Joseph, and I want to proactively address any concerns or doubts that may arise regarding my own credibility and integrity.

I would like to categorically state that I hold myself to the highest ethical standards and have always conducted my actions within the boundaries of the law. It is unfortunate that Joseph has engaged in wrongful activities, but I want to emphasize that I had no knowledge or participation in any illegal conduct.

To support my assertion, I am willing to cooperate fully with any investigation or legal proceeding to the best of my ability. I am confident that my track record and reputation confirm that I have always been focused on adhering to legal and ethical practices. Together with this statement, I attached a police report I made on 6 August 2023.

Furthermore, I am open to providing any additional information, documentation, or testimonials that may be necessary to prove my innocence and dissociate myself from any illegal actions attributed to Joseph.

As this situation unfolds, I am committed to ensuring that the truth prevails and that my reputation remains untarnished. I trust that a thorough investigation will clarify my innocence in due course.
