We're on the lookout for Kitchen Assistants to join us at our upcoming Swee Lee Clarke Quay Flagship Store in Singapore! Here are some of the responsibilities of the role:

- Prepare a variety of sandwiches and other menu items following specific recipes and presentation standards.
- Assist in the daily setup and breakdown of the kitchen area.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service and communication.
- Learn and assist in other areas of the kitchen, including food prep for other menu items, as directed by the Cafe Lead.
- Contribute to menu ideas and participate in kitchen inventory management.

Swee Lee Social Club at the Star Vista will have the following changes to our operating hours:

• Wednesday, 7 February 2024. We'll be operating from 9.30am to 6.30pm, with our last order being at 6pm.

•Thursday, 8 February 2024. Our coffee machine will be undergoing maintenance and we'll be closed from 3:30pm - 5:30pm.
