🇲🇾肉骨茶排名第39‼️

外国美食网站公布全球50大美食榜单，咖椰吐司、椰浆饭、叻沙、肉骨茶等南洋美食榜上有名，受访的新加坡民众感到与有荣焉。

《新明日报》报道，致力打造全球美食地图的美食网站TasteAtlas自今年8月起，陆续以三明治、汤和饭食为类，公布了全球50大最好吃的美食。

该榜单根据网站受众给出的评价得出结果。值得一提的是，新加坡常见的咖椰吐司、椰浆饭、叻沙、肉骨茶和印尼炒饭（Nasi Goreng）纷纷上榜，均在各自领域中排行30多名。

此外，新加坡常见的越式法包（banh mi）、牛肉粿条（pho）、韩式拌饭、紫菜包饭、日式拉面、寿司、冬阴汤、扬州炒饭、黄姜饭（Biryani）等亚洲美食也上榜。泰式咖哩面汤（Khao Soi)更在汤类榜单中位列榜首。

受访民众对南洋美食的上榜感到开心，纷纷表示想探索世界更多的美食。

潘小姐（27岁，文员）就表示，很开心南洋美食获认可，榜单融入了各国美食也体现了世界变得更包容和多元。

“都说民以食为天，了解国家和文化可从饮食著手，我很喜欢咖椰吐司，每次有外国朋友来玩，我都会带他们去吃。”

饮食习惯偏南洋风的余先生（35岁，健身教练）则说，肉骨茶在他心中是永远的第一名，但看到那么多闻所未闻的外国美食，自己也想尝试。

美食家认为，榜单给游客提供参考。

新加坡美食家林益民表示，美食的排名主要看个人喜爱与偏好，相信榜单上的美食都较大众化，易被人接受。

他也提到，世界美食这么多，要浓缩在50名之内不容易，肯定会有局限性，但榜单要考虑其面对的读者群，随著全球旅游的逐渐恢复，榜单也有助于让游客更容易探索当地美食。
