At AIA, we’ve always prided ourselves in giving back to the community in as many ways as we can, but July 2024 was quite a special one for us. So many of our employees volunteered their time for various outreach programs, and we couldn’t be more honoured to talk about some of them.

1️⃣AIA Cares programme – We prepared 1500 boxes of food aid to help lessen the burden of families in need. These boxes were prepared with vegetables sourced from Pasar Grub and were distributed to B40 families in the Klang Valley area via our NGO partner, the Malaysian Relief Agency.

2️⃣Jom! Ceria Bersama Vitality – A health and wellness community event held at PPR Seri Pantai Kuala Lumpur. Close to 200 residents as well as a total of 28 AIA volunteers had a fun-filled morning participating in various activities such as Zumba, health checks, traditional games (sukaneka) and coloring contest for kids.

3️⃣SCORE Marathon by AIA Vitality – We brought 36 children from Pertubuhan Kebajikan Amal Rukaiyah and Rumah Kasih Harmoni Paya Jaras to participate in the 5km category. 13 AIA employees ran together with the children as well!

💪It has been a fun-filled month of July and we are gearing up for more engagement activities to come, so that more communities can have the opportunity to have healthier, longer and better lives!
