Job Title : Rewards Assistant Crew

Location : Genting Highlands

Daily working hours : 8 hours (no overtime)

8-hour shifts will be arranged within these hours only
0800HRS to 0300HRS

• Uniform and Hostel Provided

Requirements :
Race : Chinese
Language : Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin
Age: 18 to 40

Job Scope :
- Perform new applications and renewals for Genting membership and cards
- Perform replacement for lost cards
- Perform upgrading/downgrading for membership and cards
- Assist enquiries from guest when they approach Guest Services
