A big order by a friendly 75y old lady, looks physically healthy as running here and there on her own. A medical doctor, lives abroad and visiting KL doing some consultation works and talks in healthcare especially in nursing care of stroke survivors at home, dementia etc by family members in rural communities with aid from government. After listening to her, I shared story of how my mum took care of my dad who was in vegetative state for 7 years at home.

straight away she said come with me, you can give talks on this and you are experience working with rural communities. I was like what?? 😂 Im not interested giving talks, not good at it, anyway.. I just good at selling and see how much you bought already!! 🤣🤣.

Anyway just sharing on how interesting this lady is, at her age still healthy, sharp minded, look happy, witty and actively helping the society. Hope I would be able to be like her at that age.

Things are really busy here lately at iL Puro and I need a happy break, my happy break is to craft something nice since no time to go for a holiday break.

I bought this book few years back and a former iL Puro’s girl / an old friend loved it so I gave to her as a gift when she left iL Puro in 2019. early this month I asked her help to work at KLCC during Raya break as we had very limited staffs support. She agreed eventhough she lives very far from KL.

Swipe to left and you would see she bought me something special when she visited KLCC for job training. I loved the buns n it saved my day during buka puasa when i was so busy n couldnt find time to get food on time for buka puasa.

This post is about being kind and compassion, the help she did for us, and what the book shared with us. What I see in this life is, keep doing good eventhough we gain no benefits from the actions, because that who we are and we spread the kindness around. I gifted her the book and she returned with kindness. I might not able to return back her kindness but Im sure life would threat her with kind and compassion, that’s the law of universe.

So, be kind and you will be living a happy life. Happy resting day 🤗😍. Oh yes, she returned the book and im looking forward to spread the kindness in the book in future.

Right now, love and appreciate yourself and people around you. Enjoy the singlehood but when love comes, let it in as Love is beautiful 💖.

After my perfume workshop and 3 days of fun times with my friends in Seminyak, I went to Ubud for 2 weeks for yoga, to treat myself and enjoy my inner peace. The first week I stayed in Ubud Outpost coliving in Jl Nyuh Bojog as it was 15 mins walking to Ubud Yoga Centre. Outpost is a very nice, clean, quiet place to stay and feel so safe for a solo traveler. But the wifi connection in the room is not so good, however if I wish to work I just go down to the common area or to their restaurant, The Current or just walk 10 minutes to Outpost coworking as I got free access there. If you like to mingle, Outpost has daily events for guests to join.
I joined hot bikram, pilates, aerial and hatha yoga at Ubud Yoga Centre. Although I am familiar with Hatha and aerial, it’s always new experiences to do with different instructors. If you wish to join the yoga, I suggest you don’t miss Friday Hatha with Geoff. One of the Bikram instructors is Eric, and he studied in Uitm and used to live in Klang Valley for many years and we talked alot about KL good old days. You can always make friends there.
About food, for a week there I ate at cafes along the way from my hotel to the yoga center, as there are so many good choices. The traffic was not busy as it’s not on the main road and there is a walking path. If you wish to go to Monkey Forest tourist areas, it is just 15 minutes walking via a short cut road through Monkey forest and it was a bit scary but still a good experience. With grab bike, you can go everywhere there and its cheap.

I have dry cough since yesterday i guess due to inhaling motor smoke while walking around here and its getting bad last night while sleeping. I had Hatha yoga class this morning and the class abit slow pace kinda Yin yoga and fortunately I was able to focus more on my breathing. I tried a little bit to control my cough in the class and surprisingly i found the focus on breathing really helps with my cough.

Back to hotel i did some breathing exercises while inhaling 4 Thieves roll on and V***r balm which contains peppermint, eucalyptus, rosemary, lemon, eucalyptus, frankincense n cinnamon n the cough getting very less n less. I believe training our lungs with right breathing supported by right therapeutic essential oils really good for lungs.

Will see tonight if the cough back again, but I will continue breathing these essential oils.

I was at KLCC yesterday and a regular customer said she couldnt recognise me without my trademark big hair😅, so lets time travel to see the ‘trademark’ big hair while promoting iL Puro few years back. The hair back in 2018 at Suria KLCC, 2017 at Publika and Hartamas and 2014 at BSC. and yesterday not big hair photo with another customer, Puan Rudiah Hj Arshad, sister to our late Sudirman Hj Arshad.

I will occasionaly be in Suria, KLCC on the weekends in December, so come and visit us if u like to know more about our essential oils.
