Today, we kicked off our monthly Breakfast Talk, a time-honoured tradition here at EP Plus Group that brings all EPians together to stay aligned on our progress, achievements, and what's on the horizon. The energy in the room was lively as we dove into engaging discussions and shared valuable insights.

We had some exciting internal product sharing sessions from both the Medical Aesthetics and Pharmaceuticals Business Units that provided us with valuable updates and kept everyone well-informed. Andrea from the Medical Aesthetics team gave us a glimpse into Teoxane’s new product range while Calvynn from the Pharmaceuticals team introduced the all-new Bowel FOB Home Test Kit. Both sessions were not only engaging but also highly informative.

We even had a special appearance from our very own Colon Detective, who reminded us of the importance of being vigilant and taking the necessary precautions, especially since colorectal cancer is a leading concern for both men and women. Jaclyn from the Fertility Sciences team also shared her thoughts on one of our company’s culture - being Outcome-Focused - and how it ties to the vision and goals of her team. Her insights made the discussion even more relatable and inspiring for everyone.

We recently came together for an energising Employee Engagement Action Planning Workshop, where our Leadership team, functional managers, and leader-managers aligned our efforts as we look ahead to 2025. This workshop was the result of valuable feedback from our annual Employee Survey, underscoring our commitment to addressing the needs of EPians.

We’ve pinpointed a few priorities for enhancing employee engagement, and we’re excited to refine these strategies further in the coming weeks. Our goal is to ensure we keep innovating for better lives and reaching new milestones each year. More importantly, these efforts will keep EPians deeply engaged and united in our vision to be the leading healthcare group in Southeast Asia.

We started the second half of 2024 by bringing all EPians together for Breakfast Talk, our monthly employee engagement initiative. It was fantastic to see EPians joining us both in our Auditorium and online.

A highlight of the morning was the engaging and insightful sharing session by our very own Toastmasters Club. They demonstrated how Toastmasters can contribute to honing our skills and increasing confidence. A special kudos to the brave EPians who took on the challenge of delivering an impromptu speech (who knew ‘Droll’ could be used in so many ways.).

We wrapped up the event with a sweet touch, celebrating EPians whose birthdays were in June with some delicious cake. 🎂

EPians from our Pharmaceuticals Business Unit had a great time at the MySPGHAN Congress 2024!

Our booth was bustling with activity and engagement from over 250 healthcare professionals that included paediatricians, paediatric gastroenterologists, hepatologists, family health practitioners, dieticians, and allied health personnel.

With such a fantastic turn out, we were able to increase brand awareness and strengthen the positioning of our Pharmaceuticals range of products.
