Latest updates, including a timelapse (bonus!) video, of the construction of Victoria Riverside in Victoria North, Manchester since the previous update in Dec 2022. The account of the update from the developer (FEC UK) as follows:
Work has continued across all areas of the build at the development with notable progress to the structure and façade of the three towers over the last 6 months. Both City View and Park View have progressed well with the core now reaching the highest points at 18 and 26 storeys, respectively. The core of Crown View has reached 27 storeys with the frame advancing to the 23rd floor.
The façade is advancing to all blocks, reaching the 20th floor of Park View and the 11th floor of Crown View. Consequently we are pleased to report that internal fit-out has begun at a number of floors across all towers. As the façade continuously advances, internal fit-out will follow suit and progress further up the towers.
We are delighted to report that the topping out ceremony for City View & Park View is planned for June 2023.
Note that completion dates for the development have been slightly revised. Completion is now anticipated at the end of 2024 for Park View, with completions commencing Q1 2025 due to the Christmas period and the beginning of Q3 2025 for Crown View with completions commencing immediately upon practical completion.
