说到必吃的日本料理，“豚骨拉面” 往往都榜上有名！这道料理不仅受到日本人的喜愛，也风靡了全球。因此，走在日本的大街上，拉面馆几乎是 “唾手可得”，不怕吃不到。

可是，位于日本爱知县名古屋却有着一间这样的面屋，每天店外都大排长龙，来排队的大家，大部分都不是因为“豚骨拉面” 而来，而是冲着它家的 “干捞拌面” 而来。这间店的名字就叫做 —— Menya Hanabi 。

😋独家研发的 “名古屋干捞拌面”，意外爆红

Menya Hanabi 成立于 2008年，第一间面店就设在名古屋。据说，有关面店的老板原本是在当地一家拉面店上班，最后决定出来自己创业开面馆。

初期，他随着市场的脚步，自己烹煮拉面来卖。可是，发现前来光顾的食客少之又少。于是，开始绞尽脑汁，想要创造出跟外面不一样的口味。

有次，他就看到台湾式的干捞面吃法，觉得很新鲜。当时在日本并没有任何一家面馆有这样的吃法。他灵机一动，将日本的拉面 “干捞化”。最后，终于成功创出独一无二的 “名古屋干捞拌面” —— MAZESOBA（也有食客称之为 “台湾拌面”）。

“名古屋干捞拌面” 推出后，不止吸引了当地人前往店面品尝，甚至还引来了全球各地的旅客前来朝圣。很多吃过的人都对其绝佳的风味赞不绝口，纷纷表示味蕾被惊叹到了，味道确实让人念念不忘。

Menya Hanabi 经营至今已有 15 个年头，分店不止遍布了日本各地，更入驻了韩国、美国以及马来西亚。

在马来西亚，一共有6 间分店，分别开设在 Sri Petaling 、Kota Kemuning、Plaza Arkadia、Sunway Giza, Damansara Uptown 以及 Subang Jaya。所以，大马食客再也不用搭飞机飞到老远的日本去吃！可以直接在本地尝到原汁原味的 MAZESOBA！而且，吃剩下的酱汁，还可跟店员拿白饭来捞着吃，让你吃到饱饱走出去！

Menya Hanabi (麺屋はなび) serves up maze-soba (soupless ramen) in Nagoya, Aichi prefecture. Taiwan ramen has been something of a Nagoya specialty since the 1970s (accredited to Misen), but Hanabi's arrival in 2008 made people start to take notice – their original spicy soupless ramen with distinctive egg topping becoming an immediate hit.



Whilst Hanabi does serve regular styles of ramen, practically everyone is here to try their Ganso Taiwan Mazesoba (元祖台湾まぜそば), often super-charged with extra toppings as laid out besides the shop entrance.



The mazesoba bowl is a work of art to look at – spicy minced pork, Leek, chopped seaweed, gyofun/fish powder, char siu pork (though optional) and topped with a raw egg yolk. It's an explosion of flavour as our name Hanabi ('fireworks') would suggest.
