1. Designs and implements therapeutic nutritional care plans for patients utilizing general dietetic standards and regulations.
2. Monitors and documents patient progress and consults with physicians as needed.
3. Monitoring food service provider to ensure compliance with hospital policies, standards and regulations.
4. Perform nutrition assessment and intervention in accordance to the hospital stipulated nutrition therapy for both in- and outpatient setting, including the health screening centre.
5. Perform the nutrition care process for tube feeding patients, provide home tube feeding plan and/or as well as assist in transitional diet in consultation with caregiver.
6. Work with doctors and other healthcare professionals with regards to patient nutritional care plan.
7. Develop and review patient educational tools.
8. Initiate and participate in marketing events involving staff, public or corporate clients.
9. Participate and actively involved in hospital quality improvement and accreditation activities.
10. Any other dietetics related tasks as assigned by Head of Department.
11. Good presentation skill and problem solving and time management skill.

Job Requirement
Education requirement:
Diploma/Advanced Diploma in dietitian

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all medical equipment meet all internal and external standards conduct as well as all legal and regulatory requirements
• Evaluate safety, efficiency and effectiveness of, and maintain, repair and/or provide technical support, compliance and risk management records for all facility, projects, biomedical equipment/medical devices based on statutory and safety requirements
• Oversee quality assurance activities (timely reporting, follow-up, distribution)
• Coordinate and complete internal risk assessment audit visits annually to assess and evaluate technical activities, and to ensure teams comply with company policies and procedures. Participate as needed in on-site inspections by state or federal surveyors
• Participate and lead in the development and periodic revision of policies and standard operating procedures related to biomedical engineering, facility and special projects and ensure company international policies and all licences/statutory requirements are in effect/met
• Proactively supervise, monitor, and evaluate all teammates to assure a consistently high standard of performance

KCDC plans to expand pharmaceutical services into retail pharmacy and to augment existing out/in-patient dispensing.

Your job may require the following -

1. Dispensing medicines to patients accurately, providing information on side effects, educating patients on compliance.
2. Taking inventory of all medication and pharmaceutical supplies.
3. Processing sales transactions for medications and other supplies.
4. Communicating clearly to patients and colleagues all questions relating to prescriptions, health matters, or medications.
5. Answering all incoming telephone calls in a professional manner.
6. Restocking shelves with medications and other pharmaceutical supplies.
7. Accurately typing and printing out prescription labels.
8. Attending to emails and fax messages.
9. Ensuring that work areas are organized and clean.

Must have knowledge in computer literate, knowledge using UBS Accounting software and preferably with account background. Training will be provided.Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply. Willing to learn. Can work interdependently.
