Network Operation Centre (Administrative & Technical Support) 💻
Work Scope
- Operations and Technical environment.
- To assist field team on transmission support (troubleshooting and solving faults), including interaction with Field Technician / Contractors.
- To perform Level 1 troubleshooting and customer support.
- To be based in Kuching, Sarawak.

🌟Minimum Qualifications & Requirements🌟
- SPM / STPM / Pre-U with 1 year of working experience on relevant field (Administration / IT / Telecommuncation).
- Diploma in Administration / IT / Telecommuncation, however fresh graduate with right aptitude are encourage to apply.
- Knowledge of Networking and Server Systems will be an added advantage.
- Able to work over weekends (Weekly by rotation basis).
- Basic computer skills in MS Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical, able to work independently, willing to learn and work hard.
