POUR OVER COFFEE BREWING WORKSHOP

Come learn the history of Sarawak coffee and the farm-to- cup journey behind the production of Sarawak specialty coffee. Delve into the basics of brewing pour over coffee and experiment with the brewing of three beans (arabica, robusta and Sarawak liberica). By savouring the subtle varieties of aromas and flavours of each bean and comparing your own brews with fellow participants you may discover the taste of coffee that suits your personal preference 找出自己喜欢的味道。

#郑扬耀 老师是马来西亚第一位专业烘焙本土生产100%纯品咖啡的烘焙師.也被称为全球首位职业烘焙100%纯品砂拉越赖比利加咖啡豆的烘焙师.

郑老师于1998年开始不断学習研究各种咖啡的烘焙工作，并且于2001年在 #古晋市老街 上创立黑豆子咖啡，致力于与砂拉越咖啡农民們合作，辅导及收购农民们所生产的优质赖比利加咖啡生豆，再烘焙成有口皆碑的100%纯品砂拉越赖比利加咖啡.並被Lonely Planet的 世界咖啡专书里列为全世界有代表性的咖啡及咖啡馆。

It's been more than 20 years since opened its door in 2000 and made it a mission to produce the best Sarawak gourmet coffee.
Black Bean Coffee's Sarawak liberica has long been loved by coffee lovers from all around the world for its unique wonderful flavour - in fact, Black Bean Coffee is the pioneer in showing the world the quality of liberica beans.

In response to requests from many coffee lovers, Black Bean Coffee is now holding a small sharing session and inviting Coffee Chang, professional coffee roaster of more than 20 years' experience, to talk about "The Unique Flavours of Sarawak Liberica Coffee."

1998年,我們就開始做砂拉越種植的咖啡Sarawak grown coffee 的業務了！
剛開始的幾年,我們不斷下鄉跟農民們及馬來西亞農業研究院砂拉越分院的咖啡研究員們,一起在咖啡生豆加工上的不斷努力及多年工作經驗之後,我們就改變了我們原有的認知(水洗及日曬),並且也很能認同 如圖所示的,咖啡研究員們所提出的,也最推薦給全砂農民們做這樣子的咖啡生豆加工處理法.
這種生豆處理法的优點是,經過我們專業的烘焙後其味美香甜,但缺點是受天候影響大,也會產生出不太美觀的豆子,所以挑選出又美又好的豆子的工作真實的很多工,是非常考眼力及考耐心的工作.
就因為我們對好咖啡有非常大的熱情.每當我們的客人也會欣賞這種砂拉越咖啡的美味時 我們也跟客人一樣,會感受到能有機會品嚐到砂拉越咖啡是件非常開心的事啊！
