Title: Maintenance Leader
Job Description:
-To be trained and coordinate with the maintenance supervisor for all the job scope required for the position for daily and scheduled jobs.
-To manage sufficient spare parts; to repair equipment issued by the Daily Fresh franchise department.
-To organize and document, the repair of defective equipment return for service and return within a justified period.
-To recommend outsourcing the repair of equipment if necessary to ensure the required equipment or job is addressed properly.
-To handle a team of staff when doing jobs inside and outside for the maintenance department.
-Senior maintenance team should train junior members to service common and frequent repair issues of regularly used daily equipment.
-To be competent to assist the set up and opening of New Outlets. (Electrical and basic setup of outlet workstation).
-To train the junior staff the basic product SOP to enable them to clean and service the scheduled outlet more efficiently.
-To equip the staff with proper housekeeping tools to conduct outlet cleaning during scheduled service and maintenance.
-Outstation work is required in a monthly basic to touch up overall corporate outlet.
-To assist with all minor and major nationwide promotion or corporate exhibitions.
-To be responsible for the company van when doing jobs for the maintenance department, outside the factory area.
Job Requirement:
-Have at least 1 year of experience of maintenance works.
-Must possess License GDL for driving the company van to carry out required jobs.
-Be able to travel outstation for work, to do maintenance work or repair jobs in outlets; at least once a month.
