Subject: Apology for the Organizing issue of the Trans QJM Gunung Pulai Ultra Event

We are writing to extend our sincerest apologies for the issues experienced during the recent Trans QJM Gunung Pulai Ultra event. We deeply regret the inconvenience and disappointment caused by our organizational shortcomings.

After a thorough meeting with all related parties, we have reviewed the feedback and identified the mistakes that led to the unfortunate experiences for many of our participants. We understand that the expectations for the event were not met, and for that, we are truly sorry.

As a gesture of our commitment to making amends and improving future events, we would like to offer the following compensations:

1. For DNF Runners: All participants who did not finish (DNF) the race will still receive the finishers tee from the organizers as a token of our appreciation for their effort & patience.

2. Discount for 2025 Edition: All runners who choose to return for the 2025 edition of the Trans QJM Gunung Pulai Ultra will be entitled to a 50% discount on their registration fee. We hope this will encourage you to join us again and experience the improvements we are diligently working on.

We are committed to learning from this experience and ensuring that future events are organized to the highest standards. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we welcome any additional comments or suggestions you may have.

Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and sincerely hope to see you at the next event.
