- Support in implementation of HSE programs and HSE routines by utilising the HSE standards and procedures to ensure conformance and excellence HSE performance
- Participate in HSE monitoring and Walkabout to ensure compliance towards legal requirements.
- Act as resource person and liaison for HSE information on procedures, guidelines and standards to ensure consistency of practice.
- Conduct and coordinate HSE Induction, Training, Contractors Tool Box Talk/Engagement involve in High risk Activity and etc.
- Establish and maintain rapport with local authorities
- Verify compliance of administraion the Scheduled Waste/ Chemical Management process and activities
- Participate in reviewing HSE risk assessment and procedures to ensure relevancy and completeness.
- Participate in reviewing Emergency Response Plan and Inccident - Action Plan and provide initial findings incident at site.
- Participate in legal register review and to ensure compliance towards legal requirement

-Min Diploma in Occupation Health and Safety or relevant HSE discipline from University/INSTEP/or equivalent
- At least three (3) years of working experience at site and/or assignment exposure
- Knowledge occupational health standard with concepts and best practices for both safety and administration and accident investigation technique.
- Knowledge in OSHA and health, safety and environment regulations and standards
- Ability to conduct safety training and educate employees/dealer on safety practice
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Advantage to have competency in Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) (compulsory for Diploma in Engineering holder)

As HR Shared Services Specialist (HRSS Specialist), you will work within the HR Shared Services โ Global Records Management team reporting to the HRSS Global Records Management lead. You will partner not only with a multi-cultural team but with other functions such as Preboarding, Payroll, Digital HR, Learning Admin, Audit & Compliance and HR Partners.

- Support Data Integrity initiatives in Workday and other HR systems as applicable.

- Experience using systems and tools such as Microsoft office package, Workday, Service Now, Signature administrator systems and document management systems.

Qualification:
- 1-2 years of experience in a HR support or an administrative or client services role.

- Be able to achieve and maintain Competency Assessments as required

- Deliver as outlined in local service level agreement

Requirements and Qualification :
- 2+ yearsโ experience in SAP role
- Possesses SAP experiences.
